Inside Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY:                                         
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for assisting in lead generation and miscellaneous customer support functions for the Americas Field sales team. Approximately 70% of the ISR’s daily functions will include potential customer telemarketing from various company purchased database list(s), web based lead generation via Salesforce.com, and existing customer polling for upgrade opportunities. The remaining time will be spent on various customer service and support issues for the field based sales team members.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Drive lead generation for a geographic region.  Work as a team with the field sales group to identify and close display opportunities to achieve our revenue targets as an organization.
  • Identify, design, coordinate, and manage telemarketing campaigns to drive quality lead generation.
  • Provide in-house assistance and support for field sales team for various customer service and support issues, including but not limited to: (a) order status and tracking, (b) misc customer requests and problem resolutions, (c) marketing material requests, (d) misc product questions, (e) demo and onsite meeting coordination.
  • Working in tandem with the service organization, design, coordinate, and implement call campaigns to existing customer base, targeting warranty expiration for upgrade opportunities. 
  • Help drive accurate team sales forecast reporting and account status updates using Salesforce.com CRM.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two year of sales experience in the healthcare market preferred

 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communication programs and product functionality over the phone
  • Ability to be a self starter; to operate and stay motivated with limited oversight.
  • Prior experience as an ISR preferred
  • PC literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, as well as Salesforce.com.
